I had a person come in today and turn in a $600 BlackBerry that they found behind my shop. They just told me to tell the owner that “Mike” found it - and with that they left. I went through my system and got in contact with the owner. Anyway, my hope for humanity has been restored a little with that act of kindness.

Got a new site design going on and not much else. It’s less than a month and a half till Katie and I get married. Weird.

Also, I “get” to work 47 hours per week for the rest of November. It’s cool though - overtime will help with the Christmas shopping expenses. Thank God that gas has come down…

Nothing new to report. Halloween was fun.

So today, I got to go to the local Buick dealership and purchase some special wrench so I can get my wheels off my car. Now that I can get the wheels off, I can get my brakes done. I am saving a bundle by having a friend (who owns a brake shop, and can do everything right; resurfacing the rotors, calipers…) do the work. Incidentally, even thought I had to spend $40 on the wrench, the total job will cost less than taking it to Les Schwab.

I must say Sunday and Monday are tied for my favorite days of the week.

Sunday: Go to church, hang out with friends/go out to lunch, spend the rest of the day with Katie, probably take a few naps.

Monday: Sleep in, play WoW, watch Cops/Family Guy/Southpark, have lunch with Katie, play more WoW, go to Monday Night Football.
